Sébastien Payette is a Hockey player from Quebec. He played his Minor Hockey for the
Cobras of Verdun-Lasalle. He played there from Pee-Wee to Bantam and then played Midget
AAA for the Chateaugay Patriots. He was Drafted at the 2008 Quebec Major Junior Hockey
League entry draft in round six (#94 overall) by the Drummondville Voltigeurs.
On his Quebec Major Junior Hockey League career, he played for the Drummondville
Voltigeurs between 2008 to 2010 and joined the Acadie-Bathurst Titan in 2011 before being
traded to the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles in 2012.
Sébastien also had the honor of playing in the Elite League of France with Chamonix
between 2014-2015.
Back from France, he signed with the Blizzards of Trois-Rivières. Sébastien was also part of
the Concordia University hockey team.
He is particularly grateful to his grandparents who have always been there for him since he
started playing hockey.
